Woodhorn Colliery Museum

As part of a major revamp of this museum, we are supplying footage for a new permanent exhibition on the history of the coal mining industry and culture of the North East.

Barrow Dock Museum

As part of a gallery refurbishment project, we are supplying footage from the Vickers collection which will be shown on a video display in a permanent exhibition.

Current Exhibitions

Discovery Museum, Newcastle

The redeveloped Tyne Galleries, opened in January 2004, include video displays with footage from the NRFTA collection. Highlights include the 1913 F.A. Cup fourth round replay between Newcastle United and Sunderland.

As part of IWM North's 'In the Mood' exhibition on popular music and culture during World War II, a three-minute clip from the film Holidays at Home, was shown in a video display.
